Your needs are more complex than a solo practice and you need someone who knows the in’s and out’s of a group practice

COST: $5000 (payment plans available)

TIMELINE: 6 Months to 1 year

    • Search Engine Friendly Your site will be set up so search engines can find and prioritize your content.

    • Fifteen Pages Built on Squarespace You get the following pages built out included in the price: Home page, Services page (plus the subpages of individual, group and couples counseling), About page (plus four separate bio pages, with the option of adding more), Specialities Page (with three subpages of different specialties), and a Contact Page.

FAQs

  • When we first start, the first thing you will get from me is a document laying out all of our steps. Together, we’ll set dates for each step. And, I’ll send you a weekly update so we are always on the same page. An example timeline for a website from scratch can be found here.

  • Each package has a set price but the total price is dictated by whether or not you include add-on services. (Add-ons can be contracted at the start, or discussed as we go.) The first half of the total price is due at the start to reserve my time and is non-refundable. The last payment is due at the time of final delivery. Add-ons go towards the total price.

    Group practice website payments are broken into fourths due to the higher cost point.

  • If you are choosing the “Make My Website Better” basic package it will take two months from our first design call. If you choose add-ons it may take longer.

    The “Make My Website From Scratch” package takes 3-4 months.

    A group practice site may take 6 months to 1 year depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Because this site design requires more people to be involved in the planning, scheduling often is more difficult and lengthens the project durations.
